新注册、续费的域名60天内是不能转出的，这个是正常状态啊。
1）域名新注册60天内不能转移注册商； 2）新转入域名60天内不能转移注册商； 3）域名过期后进行续费的，60天内不能转出 |

ccTLD都不是很熟，不过60天不能转移是固定的
你说其中一个有锁肯定是这个域名特别加了60天不能转移锁，所有不一样的ccTLD规定都是不一样的 也就是说，你再随便注册一个.in 还是有这个锁，你再随便注册一个.de 可能就还是一样没有这个锁，这个没什么奇怪的 |
