scrapy yield 一个 itema 之后 yield 新的 request 然后这个 request 产生一个新的 itemb，然后为什么 pipe 只接收了 itemb 没有接受 itema 呢，如果我把第二个 yield 的逻辑去掉，只 yield itema 是可以进去 pipe 的，因为 itema 和 itemb 不同所以不同使用一个 item 结构。
