@zachgenius 有人的地方就有江湖，而股市市场是个大江湖，这是冒险玩家的乐园； 股票发展到今天，已创设了大量衍生工具，衍生产品，要了解这些，需要一些兴趣，一些对财务、会计的认识，能看懂财报。而上面提到术语，搜索一下就有。

道富和富达对Google的持股是基金持股，而基金的持有人是广大基金投资者，不是道富和富达。
苹果、IBM这些公司的股东结构也是一样，都是被基金大量买入。 |
