轻微强迫症。
之前 pip 就在电脑上，也不 -U ， virtualenv ，就是 sudo ，导致环境有点脏。
求正确的清理环境重新开始的办法。

python 环境用 virtualenv 吧，反正不要采用 pip 安装到全局去，否则可能麻烦事不断。
关键看你需要用到哪些 package ，我现在用 Anaconda ，科学计算和数据处理、可视化等都整合好了的 |

用 Anaconda 省心，常用的库都有，没有的也可以用 pip 补充，而且跨三大平台，蛮不错的
