@bclerdx 上海出口，去程 ping 到 as9808 的最后一跳，和到 as58453 的第一跳，后者会出现与目的地址相似的丢包；回程同样 ping 这两跳的 ip ，as9808 的那个出现了丢包

江苏移动 cmi 和联通 4837 出海本来就比电信快很多，非得要加速的话，移动有个 5 块一个月的类似 uu 的那种加速器业务，联通不清楚

nat3 如果没桥接的话一般是光猫上开了防火墙且 upnp 关闭/未通告，江苏移动现在所谓的整治疑似 pcdn 的方案是给 nat4+关 ipv6
