@julyclyde 每一個 app 的類似識別碼跟編號的東西都不同。第三方 app 只是用了 Telegram 的 api 而已。

100%是蘋果問題,東南亞還有國家是收不到的,很在意推送的話,可以先換到第三方客戶端.
