感觉是会。比如你是不是已经忘记了怎么写字了？现在让我写字 有点难，但是让我看懂字，还是可以的。长期用 AI ，没问题，至少你要去阅读它代码，理解它的代码，优化一下它的代码。

还是上 nas 吧，群晖有支持 macos 的备份的，据说很好用。黑裙整机百来块也可以。
