@txican 要分两部分来看，代码和配置完全兼容，只需要重新部署，基本没什么成本。另一块是数据迁移，跟传统数据库一样，你要自己写脚本和 migration ，不过现在有了 AI ，这些成本应该都很低。

@airyland 核心定位和架构都差的挺大。

celld 主打自托管的分布式 Durable Objects ，目标是让有状态对象跨多台机器运行。open-compute 是把整个 Cloudflare worker platform 一比一实现，目标是一键部署运行整个 workers 兼容平台，方便搬进企业内网、在自己的服务器上运行。

celld 是直接基于 V8 去实现 workerd 部分的接口，我们直接使用 workerd ，保留原生 Workers 运行时行为。celld 基于 Durable Object 出发构建了上层 API ，所以兼容性和我们相比有很大差距。

我们基本百分百兼容 CF 的官方能力。同时兼容 Cloudflare 管理 API 和已有 CLI 、SDK ，覆盖 Workers 、KV 、D1 、R2 、DO 、Queues 、Workflows 、Cron 、Cache 、Images 、Vectorize 、AI Search 、Artifacts 、Static Assets 、Service Bindings 、Dynamic Workers 、LogTail 。现有项目可以复用业务代码和工具链，加上单机、单二进制的部署方式，私有化迁移和日常维护都更省事。
