问题解决了，确实是那个 AAD 的问题，在 V2ray 的回环限制列表里面刷新一下，在 AC name 那一列才能找到这个 exe ，

用 TCPView 看了一下，怀疑问题出在

但这个在回环代理限制列表里面好像没看到。
