台式机用的直接到日本的 vps 的代理，没问题。 手机上用同样的方法 app 就不能用，麻烦推荐一个可行的方法。 我又一个日本的 vps 装了代理，最好能利用上这个 vps 就解决。

既然有 vps ，我反正是搭一个 vpn 连上去全局走外面，可以 gpt 。
vpn 的话复杂点 ocserv(anyconnect)，简单点 L2TP 好像也行 |
