不建议争议,DO是个靠谱的公司,你提交争议太草率了。钱到DO帐上比较慢,你应该把支付凭证发DO客服及pp客服,让他们去帮忙查,如果实在没到帐钱会在三天后自动退回的。

大公司你发个tk大多都会解决,无法解决也会给你退款。另外paypal付款我从来都是用银联,也冲过DO 没遇到楼主的情况

银行卡支付掉单是paypal和银联间的问题, 一般七到十五天内会自动清回银行卡, 不用联系谁, 或者说走的固定流程,联系谁也没什么用。

前段时间 Namecheap 搞活动的时候也出现过,用 Paypal 支付成功,银行卡也扣款了,但 Namecheap 那边就是不成功,没有订单记录,上 Paypal 看也没有任何记录,懵了,不过几个小时候 Paypal 就发起了退款,几天后就退回到银行卡了。
