Job Description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture design, development, cost, and stability assurance of core features such as sports device management, health and sports data, and third-party open platforms
• Deliver high-quality design and code for responsible domains
• Continuously analyze and improve products from both technical and product perspectives to enhance user value
• Tackle major technical challenges promptly to support rapid and stable business growth
• Resolve user complaints, identify patterns, and design systematic troubleshooting tools and solutions

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years leading business abstraction/modeling and architecture design/development, able to adapt to business changes and adjust technical strategies quickly
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; self-driven
• Fast learner with good learning habits, able to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills (e.g., new programming languages, basic big data processing, security)
• Solid foundation in DDD/object-oriented design; familiar with IoC, AOP, Closure, and able to apply them flexibly in different languages
• Experience designing and implementing high-concurrency, high-availability, low-latency distributed backend systems; able to quickly adapt to new technologies and architectures
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java or Go), and able to quickly learn new languages (e.g., Python or JS) to meet evolving business needs
• Product thinking and business acumen are a plus; able to respond quickly to market changes from both technical and product perspectives
• Good communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, stress tolerance, and willingness to embrace new things
• Able to read English technical documents fluently; English communication skills are a plus for global collaboration
