MAC 如何设置一个全局的仅粘贴文本的快捷键？

word 中设置了 option+command+v ，但只能在 word 中生效。

其他地方用的是 popclip ，也挺好。但这个软件有个很烦的一点是： 我 com+c 复制了一段文本 AAA ，然后去另一个地方选中一段文本 BBB ，想替换掉，结果，com+v 出来的是 BBB 。导致，都不敢选中后 com+v 了。 所以，mac 能自定义一个 好按的，比如 option+command+v 的全局快捷键么？ 或者有没有别的比较无感的方式？

可以试试 OneClip 进行剪切板管理，⇧+↩︎ 进行纯文本粘贴或者设置⌘+1-9 的全局快捷键 然后开启默认纯文本 进行纯文本粘贴： https://github.com/Wcowin/OneClip

@lloyds 百度搜索到了这个快捷键，按 4 个键，实在是太考验手指了，想自定义，但没找到在哪儿可以设置

@laijunke 大概率是能在系统设置里面修改的，就是专门修改系统快捷键的地方

设置-键盘-快捷键-app 快捷键，新增，然后把你能用上的 app 都加上，根据菜单-编辑里对仅粘贴文本的不同叫法都加上，然后统一设置快捷键
