這項頁面排版技術稱之為 Hyphenation，根據 syllable（當然不同語言需不同詞典） 來截斷跨越兩行的 words，並以 hyphen 結束本行。
the mark (‐) used to join two words together to make a new one, as in back-up, or to show that a word has been divided between the end of one line and the beginning of the next 讀過的許多原版書均是以這種方式來對齊版面，樓主說的 Word-break 是此項技術的 meta-label，具體實現所選擇操作對象的粒度（以單詞，還是以音節）因人而異。 |

改成 word-wrap: break-word; 比较好。 |
