Twitter 账号不能发信息了, 真奇怪, 求支招?

这两天突然就不能发送了, 看了请求, create 请求 403, 有这样一段文字:

Chrome 里类似的报错还有 CSP 协议问题限制了一堆脚本:

看意思好像是账户异常需要验证, 我也没看懂有验证啊?
