建议搜索框改用 https 版 Google

Google 支持 HTTPS ，但是在首页的搜索框打入关键词然后搜索，发现跳转到的不是 HTTPS 版 Google ，即便当前以 HTTPS 协议访问 V2EX ，有些时候（利用海外 SNIProxy ），当前的设计会带来麻烦。
希望修改过来。

@livid 希望修改一下，毕竟手动再加 HTTPS 终究有点影响效率。
