某群里发来了 azure.cn 的链接，询问价格怎么样，我点进去发现 https 红叉叉了。看了一眼证书是前段时间很火的（ wo 通，不知道关键词被拉黑没有 2333 ）。纳尼？微软用这么 low 的 CA ？看了 whois 确实是微软名下的，不像是别人恶意注册伪造的。然后无意间看到了左上角的 logo ，世纪互联？这又是啥东西？ http://ww3.sinaimg.cn/large/82dfe143gw1f2dv2yzyb9j21bw0g844z.jpg

Azure 中国区是和世纪互联合作的，而且以前还用的是 CNNIC 的证书，现在换沃通已经不错了。

世纪互联和微软并没有什么卵关系（可以这么认为）。
沃通的证书是世纪互联和他们达成协议，前不久刚换的。

你可以这样理解：

WOW 是暴雪的，运营是网易的，
国服是网易的，美服是暴雪的，
网易把暴雪的游戏拿到国内来卖，网易是搬运工，
网易不控股暴雪，暴雪也不控股网易，也不存在合资公司。

世纪互联 Azure 和微软就是这么一个关系，国际版 Azure 和国内 Azure 的差别也在这里。
