为什么当 terminal 全屏的时候， Command+N 变成了新建标签页而不是新建窗口？

应该是设置了始终在新标签打开，不光是 terminal，finder 也是一样行为的。

@bao3 请问这是在哪里设置呀？如果 terminal 不是全屏，打开的是新窗口。全屏以后才是打开新标签页。感觉很不习惯
