1、engineer 3 年+相关工作经验，lead 8 年+相关工作经验+管理团队经验
2、硕士起，专业限定 EE, CS, Mathematics, Statistics
3、在以下任一领域有丰富的 AI 算法开发经验：image denoise, demosaic, super resolution, fusion, HDR, ISP processing
4、在以下任一领域有相关经验：porting AI algorithms to AI processors, network quantization and compression, pruning, and light network model.
5、加分：在顶级 AI 会议比如 CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NIPS 上发表过文章
6、加分：Top performer in machine learning competitions such as AI+4k HDR
