在 parallel desktop 里面创建了一个 Linux 虚拟机,现在想直接在 mac 上装双系统或者在新电脑上装 Linux,有没有办法把虚拟机的数据弄出来

Linux 不熟。Windows 的话可以用 Ghost 之类的工具保存为镜像，然后在新电脑恢复。
