你电脑里HOSTS 到127.0.0.1吧？还是被劫持了
windows的话 C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts 打开看一下

http://173.255.115.197/ 直接访问 IP 就可以，难道他们 apache 没设置对？不应该额。。
