网络上下载的电子书，使用系统自带的 preview 、还有 skim 、calibre 、clearviewx 打开查看都是乱码，唯独用 Chrome 浏览器打开是正常的，请问这是什么原因呢？

那你应该知道，可能还有一个问题是复制 pdf 粘贴出来也是乱码的

要不干脆用虚拟打印机直接打印成一个新的 PDF ，就当原地转换一下试试
