Requirements:

·Understanding of cloud native stacks (Kubernetes, Serverless, Containers)

·了解云原生栈(Kubernetes, Serverless, Containers)

·Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

·本科学历，电气工程或相关专业

·5+ years of experience in hardware design (microelectronics focus)

·5 年以上硬件设计经验（微电子领域）

·Proven success leading complex hardware projects

·具备成功领导复杂硬件项目的经验

·Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

·优秀的沟通能力、领导力以及解决问题的能力

·Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

·熟悉敏捷 /Scrum 方法

·Passion for technology and continuous learning

·对技术和持续学习充满热情

·Great verbal English which can be used as a working language

·出色的英语口语，可将其作为工作语言

As a Hardware Lead, you will:

·Lead hardware design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

·Collaborate with diverse teams to define product requirements
