求助， nginx 做正向代理出现 502 bad gateway

使用 nginx 做内网服务器的正向代理，更新 npm 依赖的时候会出现 502

感觉是 registry.npmmirror.com 443 连不上 服务器网络问题

@rekulas 没次会有一两个依赖出现 502 其他都正常
