The OpenAI Team 。我之前申诉我的账户被错误封了，主要被封是因为我去淘宝找了代充，之前绑定 depay 一直付款不成功。后面 depay 的卡换节点后，添加成功了，depay 的卡却没有一次付款成功过。

无解，和淘宝代充关系不大啊。
