通过 windows 的 icloud 客户端来操作 的流程就是 我下了一个 icloud 然后登陆 账户管理 跳到 https://appleid.apple.com/Zh_CN 我把地区和语言都改为美国，见上图， payment&shipping 那边我也全改成了美国，只不过 payment method 那边没写卡号

现在是我的账单地址改成了美国，支付地址仍然是中国。然后 itunes 有一句让我检查支付地址和账单地址，支付地址一定要是美国(估计因为我账单地址改为美国的原因) ID 的地区是按支付地址算的吗？

@VersusClyne 没用啊 ，从 itunes 和 appstore 那儿选 change country or region ，依旧要美国的信用卡才行 我国内的 visa 就显示 your credit card was decline 。你前面说的“并且信用卡可以选择“无”” 没地方可选 信用卡那排图标就是 visa 万事达 美国运通 discover paypal

但我打开 itunes ，还是中国区，切到美区后要重新登录，登陆后就跳出来这个

这是什么原因？因为延迟吗？

jail.conf 默认配置如下：

我是动态 IP ，这条 ignoreip = 127.0.0.1 不用改吗？，所以 jail.conf 保持默认即可？
