@metalvest 十分感谢您的回复和指导，在具体的事中已经在勤加锻炼身体，游泳包括学习更多泳姿、戒烟、戒酒，减少外出聚餐频率：降到一到两个月一次,陪孩子玩乐，学习独处，学习感兴趣的如业余无限电并考下 A 证，自学 linux ，没有更多明确的方向了，少时的高心气不断被磨灭，但每每想起来总是不甘，性格和小时部分穷苦生活脱离不开，或是痴人说梦或是杞人忧天，自己的一些感想得到您的指点甚是感激！
