我的建议，不要停留在口头说教，什么“要定期体检”，“要多运动”，“要早睡早起”之类的，这些都是有道理但没用的废话，大部分人的认知很难改变，尤其是老年人，需要你大力去推动。

下次回去，提前帮他们看好要去的医院，选好套餐，直接带他们去，就说钱已经花了，如果不去的话钱就浪费了。

你把事情做到一半，木已成舟，他们不去也得去了。

我就是这么干的。

为什么下周问，你就应该现在直接问，或许人家也准备好理由了就是等你在提呢，何必憋着给自己找不自在呢，问完起码有结果了，不管还还是不还都知道原因了，一身轻松。
