没有，不过偶尔会被放出来，我现在精品网是正常的，之前也一直是 5m
已经被限速 2 个月左右了一直是 5m 恶心死

限速的，不过感觉白名单蛮多的，一般人估计不会影响使用，我已经重新装了一个联通。

@wtks1 下载倒是蛮多的，几乎不上传，不过上传会集中在一天里面，现在偶尔会恢复速度大部分时间好像都是 5m ，直接没法用了。
