有什么准确记录 Apple 设备屏幕时间的 App 吗？

    如题，希望支持 macOS / iOS ，系统自带的“屏幕使用时间”百分之百不是准的…

    可以试试 timing ，setapp 订阅里包含的，Mac 应该是准的，但 IOS 和 iPadOS 还是调用的屏幕使用时间

    offscreen 好像没有 mac 端
