你有邮件的著作权，故可以要求别人不传播此邮件。

icloudnet OP 从道义上来说，收到错误邮件应当为其保密或不采取任何操作。
但是，譬如美国的comcast等邮件提供商表示用户收发的邮件都归comcast所有 Google虽无明文写明，但是通过向FBI等提供证据也说明邮件归Google所有 从个人来说，我发出或收到错误的邮件，我或对方是否拥有处理权，也没有（没找到）法律或例子来支持这种说法。 这又跟现实中通过快递发送邮件不同，你通过快递发出的邮件，未达到对方之前这个快递是属于发送方的，快递到达收件方后邮件属于收件方，而快递或邮局是没有邮件的所有权的。 发送的Email是否也能适用现实中通过邮局发送邮件的所有权的法律，这令我很迷惑。 |

很多商业邮件尾部都会注明如果错误收到邮件需要立刻删除并且保密，但不清楚这个申明的法律效力有多强

@AstroProfundis 确实这种方式是对邮件所有权的声明，即使没有法律支持在产生纠纷时候也可作为证据。 但那种不声明的，默认是可传播的还是需要保密删除的，法律上没有案例，也只能靠道义了。 |

@icloudnet 那么靠谱的方法就应该是在发送可能包含重要内容的邮件的时候加上申明咯

If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that disclosing, copying, modifying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited. Please notify the sender immediately by email if you have received this by mistake and delete this email from your system. |
