1. 专业名词大小写混乱，Spring ？ spring ？ java ？
2. 中英文排版不规范，参照 https://github.com/sparanoid/chinese-copywriting-guidelines
3. 半角全角标点符号混用，参见上条
4. 项目描述缩进层级过深
大厂 HR 看简历一般都是先看学历和工作经验，如果是名校或者有大厂经验，基本上过简历关没什么问题，如果没有的话可能上面的问题就要好好注意一下了，一般一份简历也就看个 15 - 30 秒。
