遇到过同样的症状，原因是 14.4 Beta 系统给我推送了 14.3.1 正式版。最后确实无解，只好进恢复模式，用终端把重要资料拷贝到外部存储设备上。

现在手机号 Apple ID 可以切换为邮箱 ID 了，不确定是不是 iOS 18 新加的。在设置 > 顶部 Apple ID > 登录与安全性，轻点“编辑”，手机号旁边应该会出现一个叹号，轻点它跟随步骤来切换为邮箱就行。我就是这两天才换过去的，换过去就能在 iCloud 页发现多出一个 iCloud 邮箱的功能，点进去就能进行设置。
