自己更新一下，按照 v 友的方法 https://v2ex.com/t/1228546?p=1#reply43 ， 已经成功恢复订阅。
1 ）开通 Kliq 虚拟卡，开通时使用 Giffgaff 卡 可接受验证码。注意手机号码首位数字 0 不要输入；
2 ）需要土耳其代理，我从 https://proxy-seller.com/买的周抛代理，28 号到期。有需要的 v 有可以发消息给我。
3 ）在 apple 账号中绑定开的 kliq 虚拟卡后，扣款成功。
