在知乎看到一个回答，然后看到这个回答的评论区，由于有 swap 的存在，8g 内存的 MacBook 的磁盘写入量非常大，两年几百 tb 是正常情况，甚至有的是 PB 级别！

所以我想知道 16gb 的 MacBook 的磁盘写入量是多少，麻烦带上使用时间，内存大小，和磁盘写入量

@calano 我的用量在#1 ，日常常驻 10+浏览器页签，开 1-2 个 docker 容器，再加 1-2 个 idea ，开 1 个 vscode ，偶尔还要开一个 Windows 虚拟机，最近还用来本地运行 llama3.1-8b-q4 模型

用 iStat Menus 开虚拟内存一直在 5g+，模型一启动就 10g+了
